Procedures for Contacting Compex Technical Support:
Please get ready the following information before contacting our technical support engineers so that we may assist you better.
 
  • Product Serial No. (Can be found on the back of the product)
  • Firmware Version, Click on the "About System" link in your user management page to retrieve this info
  • Date of Purchase or Age of Product
  • When did the problem start to occur.
  • Clear description of the problem.
Please note that Compex is unable to support or warrant any equipment that has been damaged due to harsh operating conditions (exceeding the recommended range stated on the product manual), modified or misused,  or if third-party software codes have been loaded on the device without prior approval from a qualified Compex engineer.
